History

  • Aries Engineering Co. is a diversified manufacturer of “hydra-pneumatic” cylinders and presses designed for use in a wide range of assembly and forming applications.
  • After pioneering new technology in Air/Oil intensification in 1994, AEC has grown to offer a complete range of assembly and forming solutions for you, the customers in the industrial automation, manufacturing, commercial and defense industries.
  • HyperCyl was designed as an alternative power source to conventional hydraulic power units and cylinders for use in a wide range of assembly and forming applications.
  • When we first introduced the HyperCyl product line, we were convinced that this was a technology whose time had come. The concept had already proven itself in European markets where energy and maintenance costs as well as environmental considerations are key elements in machine design. We also recognized a trend in U.S. manufacturing and machine design that was leading away from conventional hydraulic systems in assembly and forming applications.

HPI Series

The HPI Series in-line cylinder is a totally self contained, cost effective power source ideally suited for a wide variety of assembly and forming applications.

Available in sizes from 1 to 100tons, up to 8.00″ stroke, and .50″ power stoke, the HPI series cylinder line provides the greatest force per pound invested.


HPI Standard features:

Total air/oil seperation, internal shock pads, fill and high pressure gage couplings, all CNC machined heavy duty construction, two(2) mounting styles and a 12 month warranty.

HPS Series

The HPS Series satellite cylinder is a totally self contained, cost effective power source ideally suited for a wide variety of assembly and forming applications.

Available in sizes from 1 to 200tons, up to 8.00″ stroke, and 1.00″ power stoke, the HPS series cylinder line provides a very compact package where space is limited.


HPS Standard features:

Total air/oil seperation, internal shock pads, fill and high pressure gage couplings, hose assembly and disconnect, all CNC machined heavy duty construction, two(2) mounting styles and a 12 month warranty.
